What’s the challenge?
🥕FOOD – On February 3rd members will receive an email detailing the food choices for eating seasonally in February, meal planning suggestions, and some food for thought about chocolate.
🥦 GARDEN- The February 10th email will be all about seed starting and best choices for budget and earth-friendly pots.
HOME – The February 17th email will have 2 DIY projects for you to consider. Our focus in February is LOVE. So many ways to make a lovely home…
️ WELLNESS – we’ll conclude the February challenge with a wellness challenge in the Ferbruary 24th email. Self-love and care of the body are our focus.

Remember to join our Facebook group to report on your successes and ask other for advice in creating a seasonal January in 2018. It’s a vibrant and growing community of people looking for ways to:
